Who We Are
Some companies are built in boardrooms. Al-Safwa Group was built in the field — among Egypt’s farms, its trading floors, and its port terminals. Since our founding in 2000, we have grown from a specialized agricultural exporter into one of Egypt’s most diversified B2B trading groups, serving clients across the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and beyond.
In 2000, we started with herbs, spices, grains, and dried vegetables — building direct farm relationships that would last decades. By 2005, we expanded into alternative animal feed materials, responding to global demand for natural, cost-efficient feed ingredients. In 2023, we diversified into chemicals, petroleum products, construction materials, furniture, and household goods through carefully built international partnerships. And in 2025, we launched our own manufacturing plant producing potato flakes, potato powder, paprika powder, and citrus powder — giving us direct control over key export products.
Today, Al-Safwa Group is a 25-year institution in Egyptian international trade — trusted, diversified, and ready for the next chapter of global growth.
Our Journey
2000 – Started as an exporter and producer of agricultural products such as spices, herbs, grains, and dried vegetables.
2005 – Expanded into alternative animal feeds made from citrus peels, guava seeds, and pomegranate peels.
2023 – Entered new sectors including chemicals, petroleum products, construction, furniture, and household supplies through global partnerships.
2025 – Launched our own manufacturing plant to produce potato flakes, potato powder, paprika powder, and citrus powder for both local and international markets.
